| Beginning in 1970, Pan American Health Clinic opened its doors to boys and girls left behind at their hospital by parents who couldn't care for their physical needs. Since then, hundreds of boys and girls have called Pan American their home. Now, they not only have a large boys' and girls' home but they also care for several malnourished children brought to them from the surrounding towns. |
| After the collapse of several wooden structures dating back to the beginning of Pan American, it became necessary to rebuild many of the dorms, clinic, and cafeteria. Pictured left is the new girls' dorm underway. Help us keep these children sheltered! Mark your donation "Pan American construction" to assist with this need. |
